Let me start by saying my family an I have ridden the Big Red Bus tour in Chicago, California and Georgia and they were amazing, informative, kind and helpful. But The New York Big Bus tour was atrocious. They need an extreme employee make over. With the exception of John whom was outgoing, kind and had a smile that invited you to speak to him. Avoid this tour. They have others.

We never got a ticket, they just let us get on and off, but when we went to the Empire State Building, they said the bus tour should have given us a ticket, and, of course, they were already closed and the phone number doesn’t work. We lost $150 because we weren’t able to do the Empire State Building. Very disappointing!!

Amazing Bus Tour with funny Guide and much informations about new York insiders. Uptown and Downtown Road is amazing and very nice for Tourists.
