The hop-on hop-off bus tour was a welcome relief from walking. Everyone on the bus we encountered was friendly, informative and a delight to be with.

The tour guides were pretty good. However I did not come on vacation for political rhetoric. My real issue is that the website, the app, and the literature list a stop just across the street from our lodging. After a long day of touring and over 8 miles on my Fitbit, I am not happy when my stop is passed over and I am told "Oh yeah we don't stop there any longer. You just have to walk 2 blocks" Well, no it was over a mile and that was the last thing I wanted to do at the end of my day. This left a bad taste in my mouth for this company. We had planned on doing another night tour but I honestly did not have 2 more miles in me. The guides were friendly. Next trip I will use another company.

While we are glad you enjoyed our tour guides as they are the heart and soul of the tours, we encourage our guides to add little personal anecdotes from time to time to make the tour their own, however, political opinions are unacceptable, and we apologize if you were made to feel uncomfortable in any way. Please know all of our information is updated on our pamphlets, app and website, as we constantly monitor our routes. Unfortunately, any past locations that has been removed from the route but still has a bus sign, can only be removed from the dept. of transportation, we have no control over this procedure. None the less, we apologize for the inconveniences and we hope this one incident doesnt discourage you from touring with us again. Kind Regards, BBTNY

Met the nicest person of our trip, he was energetic, informative and fun. He made it interactive and I sometimes find these tours boring but this was not the case with our guide!
