We purchased the 72 hour hop on hop off and attractions. While we did get our money’s worth on the attractions, we also had some frustration trying to board around noon on Friday. We had to wait through four buses before we were permitted to board. One of the buses had plenty of empty seats, yet only a few people were allowed on. The upstairs ride was good. The downstairs area was not very clean and smelled bad. I did really like the app, which allows you to put in an address and find the nearest bus. It also tells in real time when the next bus will arrive. Overall, it was a decent experience. And the price was good.

Terrible. Yesterday we waited over an hour to get on the bus. Three buses came by but they were full. Then this morning waited 45 minutes for a bus. Waited through 3 buses today because they would only allow 30 people on per bus, even though the bus wasn't full. It was miserable. I would not recommend..

Do not waste your precious time with this company. The bus stops are hard to find, the buses do not appear to run frequently and the ‘helpers/ticket sellers’ around the city were unhelpful and had limited knowledge of the route. Subway, walking or taxi are by far the best way round this vast city.
