We were told that the buses come every 20 minutes from the TopView ticket salesman. Well that is not true for the uptown tour. The buses come every hour, allegedly . The earlier bus became full and we had to wait another hour above disgusting grates. I would not recommend this company for an uptown tour.

I try not to write critical reviews as I believe people are under pressure doing their jobs but this company is disgraceful and could ruin a holiday. What’s more, when they fail to provide the paid for service, $320 worth, there is only the offer of other tickets not a refund. The first bus we took for our Downtown tour had no commentary. We repeatedly asked the driver but were told there was a problem and it would be resolved. It wasn’t and the whole tour was silent. We tried to change buses but the others were full. We then asked the driver which was the stop for the Liberty Cruise and were told the wrong stop. We had to them book an Uber to make the sailing as it was 35 minutes from where we were told. The boat was then full despite getting there 40 minutes before. As a result we had a silent journey, a missed boat trip and on the return were stopped midway for so long we had to get another taxi to make our theatre booking. We were not the only people very unhappy at the service. The company say they have a no refund policy and offered other tickets which could be gifted. I wouldn’t gift this experience on anyone. Really don’t waste your money.

We have done all three tours on our ticket deal. Quite disappointed. Long queues No buses - when they do arrive they’re full Bad audio - sometimes didn’t work at all Got absolutely soaked on the night tour despite ponchos being handed out. TV can’t be blamed for the weather ONLY one good point: A guy called EBI we spoke to in the line at Start point 27. Polite, intelligent, engaging, informative and wasted doing this job. Recognise the gems that you have.Train and encourage self development. He should go far given the opportunity.
