This company will do anything to get your money and then provide the worst service ever! We were lied to right off the start, wasted two hours of our precious sightseeing time sitting in traffic on the bus when we were explicitly told that it would be a quick ride. When we used the buses which was a total of 3 times the last two buses were in poor repair and kept stalling and the heat could not be shut off. We couldn’t get to open air upstairs as there was no room so we were sweating our butts off for 1/2 ride. It was brutal. We took the Liberty Cruise as well and were dropped off so far away from the cruise entrance that we had to walk quite a distance to catch the cruise on time. There are no signs to tell you where to go either. Very unorganized! Save your money and take the subway. A lot cheaper and slot faster. You can avoid the traffic all together this way and get to the same places. Never will I ever recommend this to anyone! Not worth the hassle!!!

Salesmen are wonderful, kind, helpful. First day we get in line after Statue of Liberty at 5:00. Bus did not come until 5:45 with probably 200 people in line. We did not get a bus, had to walk 3.5 miles to our hotel. Following morning we were directed to pick-up where a bus was parked. We stopped to ask where pick up was and he continued to shake his finger at us until he finally opened the door and started screaming at us “I’m out of service!!”. I proceeded to ask where the pick up location was and he continued to yell and then said “I said fu**** 46th street and I’m out of service!”. We then walked one block up as he pulled up and picked up a load of people. So frustrating. Lack of customer service.

Minimal information, pre-recorded, guided double decker bus. The once-a-day tours (bronx and Brooklyn specifically) tours are packed like cattle transport, if you’re shoved into bottom deck, you’re sht out of luck. The bottom deck is heated to temperatures that will bake you hurl your gut out. Supervisors (specifically the woman who was scanning tickets onto Brooklyn tour on 25th October 2019, for the last bus at 10 o’clock) has a disgusting attitude and lied. We were first told that there will be as many busses as needed and so we didn’t want to sit on the overheated bottom deck (let’s face it, you can’t see sht if you’re on the bottom deck). The tours are repetitive. If you’ve been on one, you’ll be bored out of your brain in all other ones. The 4 or 5 songs they have playing on repeat will drive you crazy by the 2nd tour WASTE. OF. MINEY. Including a photo of the “I am the supervisor” woman. It’s the one that’s closer in the shot. The one in the background told us there would be more busses. The one in the foreground told us there wouldn’t be. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing g in this business. Disappointed I had e this company $200.
