It was a wonderful experience that started with a very knowledgeable ticket agent on the street who approached me and gave me all the information and also told me the best package to get. I was able to see all the attractions on my list and also got to experience the city from the top. Overall it’s a wonderful experience I would not forget in a hurry

The package does not include a FREE bike ride around Central Park, as advertised. You have to pay for the first hour and then you get 2 hours included. Our sales representative never mentioned having to pay additional money she stated it was included. I had to pay an additional $40 to rent bikes for our party of 4. When I asked them to refund me the additional costs for the bikes they stated they have a strict no-refund policy. False advertising and sales reps on the street that will do and say anything for a sale. Be careful, you’ve been warned.

Bus service time Schedule is not on schedule. We asked to wait at no 3 stop for uptown. Both bus driver and agent confirmed its correct. Unfortunately, there are several bus arrived but they are only serve for downtown. We asked another agent again. He said there is no bus service to downtown until 11am. So we need to walk to another stop. Besides, bus driver skip the bus stop at Metropolitan Museum. I finally stand for waiting for more than 30 mins. Is it make sense??????????
