We bought the 48 hours package that includes the bus tours as well as the ferry in addition to that we have been told that we have 2 hours free bike rental in central park, once we arrived to central park the rental company told us that the rental of the bike is conditioned with any additional rental meaning that you should rent at least for one hour and you will get the 2 hours free. The explanations during the bus ride were very minimal, the ferry was canceled without any notice and we wasted a lot of time just to get to the location and discover that it was canceled. The customer service of top view is below any expectation, they will not take any responsibility for their unprovided services and will not give you any compensation.

Walking around NY you are continually harrassed by people trying to sell you tickets for this Hop on Hop off bus At one stage the driver just got of the bus and left us sitting for 20 mins while he chatted to some woman on the footpath The corker was when a driver refused to open the door unless we tipped him Needless to say he didn't get a tip and we wouldn't recommend this company
