We purchased the tickets online and once in NY city we were walking around in times square asking the workers of Top View where the first stop was and they kept directing us in different directions. We were completely frustrated until one of the workers told us that we were being lied to since we had purchased the tickets online and no one would be making money off of us if they helped us since they are all on commission. She then had the audacity to ask us for a TIP for telling us where the bus stop was! The bus had no air conditioning, the free wifi was a lie since it never worked. We had also purchased tickets for a Statue of Liberty Cruise from Top View and were SCAMMED!!!! We reserved a spot for 3:45PM, arrived at the port at 3:15, and were told by the supervisor that the cruise was cancelled, and that we can try our luck with the 4:45 cruise but it was also booked. We were given no notice of the cancellation and the supervisor said that we wouldn't be getting our money back. They were just letting anyone onto the cruise without even checking their reservation nor were there different lines for the cruises they had advertised on their website (Select, Express etc). STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. COMPLETELY RUINED OUR NYC EXPERIENCE.

I guess this place is busier because they run specials and looked to be cheaper, have taken such trips in other cities and by far this was the worst! yes you have to account for nyc traffic but the time they take to get people on and off the bus and allow people to wait and just decide if they are getting off after everyone is on, I have never experienced anything like this, it was a good15-20 at each stop getting everyone settled, it is usually pull up people get off people get on and you are on your way! wasted so much time after half of the loop we gave up and got off and walked on our own before grabbing a cab. go elsewhere!
