We booked the 72 hr all city pass, looks great on paper but is an utter waste of money! Free wifi- you get 10mins free and have to pay for the rest. Commentary consists of occasional sentence and the rest is music. The night tour consists of sitting on the bus with no commentary what so ever, the only communication was when the tour had finished at a prior stop, not the one we were picked up from and we were told to leave the bus as the tour had finished. When plugging the ear pieces in, if you're sitting on the aisle seat you have to lean across the person next to the window to plug it in and adjust the volume leaving the cable stretched across them. The bus drivers are rude, they do not want to help you, one passenger asked the driver where on route were we, the driver practically threw a map at him. The drivers were so rude they couldn't be bothered to look at you when you spoke or when they spoke to you. Wished we'd used Big Bus, they had live commentary it was more informative. Given this company 1 star, that was generous!

We went on this tour and were told our 2 day pass (We got a deal from one of the sales team on the street) would give us complete coverage of all 3 routes from 8am-12am. All the routes ended different times. There was one route that went to 11pm. The others ended at 6pm. We talked to several other guests that were sold the same thing. So beware, just read the fine print. If you are looking for more of a tour and not a shuttle bus, I would suggest something else. If you are good with using as transport and exploring on your own, it works
