Street vendors right outside of grand central station, sounds to good to be true..well it is and was! Buses had no seats available, actually had us scan our ticket then asked us to get off as there were no seats!! Then told to wait 20 plus minutes for the next bus to arrive. Talked to others who had the same experience! We NEVER got on a bus!!! We took a cab from place to place! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

You know when you go to big cities and your loved ones tell you to watch out for scammers? Yes watch out for TopView. The people selling on the streets scam you, they lie to you, they are very good at selling (I'll give them that) - But they do it in a dis-honest way. They lie, tell you there's no lines, tell you everything you can do in only a few hours, they disregard that you're traveling and your time is valuable. After I told the seller my situation of only having a few hours left in town, she pushed me to buy (yes that was my fault). But I thought I'd give it a try, A. to support her, and B. to see NYC. I am upset at waiting 2.5 hours in line for a cruise that shut before I even made it, they should not let you wait that long and cut off the lines. Unbelievable, I wasted my money, time, and really would just like my money back since I cannot get my time back. Please save yourself some time and do NOT book with TopView.

Everyone is rude! Only willing to help when they think you are going buy tickets off them. Driver left us stranded in Harlem due to app problems, stating it wasn’t his problem - ‘call a cab’ Tried calling customer service about the service issues and they dismissed it - j would not recommend this company! They have no idea how to treat people
