This is a total scam! Downtown busses are completely full. Had to use the Metro three times after 4-5 full busses passed by without stopping. Ferry to Statue of Liberty is a joke! Spent 2,5 hours waiting in line. Terminal was full of tired travellers, and they all cursed the company as they sell to many tickets compared to the capacity of the busses and the one ferry. Buy Metro card with unlimited for one week. Much cheaper and far better. Then buy ticket for the ferry from Battery Park to the islands. Topview is not the way to get around in New York!

This is a horrible company. They sell their hop on hop off bus tickets on the street and the buses don’t come by every 10 minutes like they say. We waited 1 hr and finally took the subway. Buses tend to be full!! Would never use this company again!!! Lots of promises and no delivery!

My husband and I bought the two-day all city pass to include what was sold to us as EVERYTHING!!! We boarded the first bus, put in the headphones and heard about 1 sentence about each stop. Boring! So hot and the buses we boarded were not only not air conditioned, there was no air circulating at all. Sitting up was unbearable, so we had to move down. I asked the driver to please give us some air and he totally ignored me. He was extremely rude. Trying to find the Top View buses is a joke. They sell tickets everywhere and after they get you money, they tell you to walk 6 blocks, or 8 blocks or whatever, so hard to deal with that! I talked to several people about my experience, and I was told I made a huge mistake with Top View. A lot of money for nothing. My Uber driver told me more on trips to m hotel than I learned on Top View. We finally got off and just gave up. I was literally ill from being so hot. Inexcusable. If I could get a refund, I would! Words to the wise: DON'T USE TOP VIEW!!!!
