Hi just back from our trip to NYC, I must say we were extremely well looked after by all your staff, glad i did not look up the reveiws before we booked as i would have missed a fantastic addition to our trip, The tour brought us to all the locations and highlights of the city that we expected to see, as its the hight of the season there were unavoidable delays due to traffic during week days ,but the staff worked tirelessly to accomadate everyone in such a professional and courtious manor. The liberty cruise was a fantastic experience and the tour guide John was both informative and entertaining. Thanks again .

A completely mess at the pier. Overcrowded and no control. Even though we prebooked time and prepaid long time ahead we waited more than 2 hours until we got on the boat. If you value your time in NY do NOT take this cruise.
