This should actually be criminal that they could not provide the services that they promised. There were long lines of hundreds of people to get on the bus. After running to three other stops we were finally able to get on one (we went to the last stop of the loop). There were no headphones provided and therefore did not hear the commentary about what we were seeing. No where did it tell us to bring headphones. When we got off at a museum, we were unable to get back on three buses came by that were full. After wasting 45 minutes and speaking to an elderly woman who was in tears (she had experienced this for two days), we ended up buying metrocards and takiing the city bus to get around. Not to mention scraping my arm on a screw sticking out of the HANDRAIL. The cruises included in our ticket were all booked. THEY OVERSOLD TICKETS AND COULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES THEY PROMISED! THIS IS CRIMINAL! Buy an unlimited metrocard for less!

I have been waiting in front of the trump international stop for about two hours and every bus is full. When we asked the drivers what is going on, they answer we are a new company we don’t have enough busses. Some people call the customer line several time and no one seems to care. So we are now buying tickets for other tour busses since they are coming more often than topview. Do yourself a favor; if you are going to NYC or you are in NYC right now do not book with them. They are a waste of time and all they want is your money.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with! They tell you it’s a sightseeing tour. It’s not! It’s essentially a prepaid taxi. There is no guide. They give you headphones that play the same 8 songs on a loop and occasionally break in with a 2-3 sentence blurb about an attraction like the Empire State Building. It takes FOREVER! They tell you a bus runs every 15 minutes. It’s more like every 45 minutes. And the lines get so backed up that even when a bus gets there there’s not enough room for everyone. 95% of their drivers and staff are RUDE! They have sales in people everywhere. They severely sell more tickets than they have busses to provide for. The liberty ferry is a total mess. They have you reserve a time but when you get there, there’s no check in there’s just a massive live of people packed in a line like sardines. I can’t imagine that all those people made reservations for the same cruise. I would NEVER EVER consider using this company again. I have taken a hop on off bus in Chicago and it was a wonderful experience. Not this one!!! Stay away and find a different company.
