I have traveled a lot to big cities and taken hop on hop off busses often. I would not take this line again. Busses we crowded and uncomfortable. You often had to wait in lines. The Bronx and Brooklyn tours only ran once a day. The audio recording on the headphones was lackluster. Maybe the other companies are like this too?...however, from our experience, I would not choose this company again.

I am a travel agent, and this is feedback from a client: "When I presented my voucher from Viator, the agent at curbside informed me that it was a code for only a 24 hour pass, although the voucher clearly states it’s for a 48 hour pass. Secondly, the agent took time to secure a replacement code, assuring me that all the stated inclusions (see attached), especially the night tour that we were waiting for, were still included. When we appeared for the night tour two hours later, my friend’s voucher was accepted, but mine was not. I had to go toe to toe with the agent on the bus. My persistence paid off, but it took the joy out of the tour. Additionally, the tour was awful. Our audio zoned out over and over. I listened to four songs about New York that I can now sing from memory, including a rap, I heard them so many times on that tour. I do not know if this is a Viator problem or a Topview problem or perhaps both. I do say DO NOT purchase Topview hop on hop off for any of your customers going to New York. People in our group who used Big Bus or Grayline were much happier."

Thank you Justin of Top View for convincing us to buy these tickets. We saw all of NYC and surrounding areas thanks to this company. Excellent guided tours and run frequently. We went Uptown, Midtown and Downtown, boat trip around Liberty Island, Brooklyn, Harlem, The Bronx etc. Beautiful city. Staff at this company very friendly and helpful. Enjoy your stay!
