We were all frustrated trying to drive around the Big Apple. I went online for help and found this tour on TripAdvisor. Glad we tried it. I hated NYC right from the start but when we were able to actually go see the city without worring about a place to park, it was pretty cool.

We were excited to go on this tour as a family of 4. We were clearly informed that the last bus from Battery park would leave at 8 pm back to 42nd street. We got there a little early but after waiting for a while, we called and were told that the last bus had left 20 minutes earlier (with no recourse). We felt duped.

This type of tour is not good for a family. You are unlikely to get a bus with more than a couple seats available and even less likely to find them together. My family of four was trying to leave the bus after no seats were available and the driver left anyway! The lower level was hot and smelly and you could barely see through the window advertisements. If you have 4 people, you’re better off getting taxis and Ubers. Thank goodness TripAdvisor issued a refund-based on the experience of getting the vouchers, this company is much more focused on one time sales and not return customers.
