The view from the 100 - 102nd Floor is fantastic - well worth the money. It was a clear sunny day, which made the view even better. On the downside we had two vouchers for $15 to use in the shop or cafe, but there isn't much to buy. The cafe is hard work, in that you have to stand to drink your coffee, but there's very limited room. When we were there, there was no room, so we gave up on buying a drink. As for the shop, its nothing but cheap rubbish made in China. I couldn't find one souvenir made in the USA, such a shame.

Totally worth it. Be ready to watch the elevator video on the way up, it's fast! We had no issue with lines at all, went on a Monday morning.

I took my daughter and 13 year old granddaughter to the 9/11 Museum and Memorial as well as the NYC One World Observatory on August 2022. It was a powerful, emotional, memory that we will never forget. What an honor to hear the stories of 9/11. I can't say enough about how well run and organized these experiences were. The amount of people going through is incredible and it's done with grace and dignity. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
