Join us every weekend for the Old Town Literary Walking Tour, a stroll through downtown Key West, illuminating stories of writers that have called our island home. Inspired by David A. Kaufelt’s original literary walking tour, our new tour features the former homes and favorite haunts of writers, including Tennessee Williams, Shel Silverstein, Elizabeth Bishop, and Robert Frost, and highlights tales of our lesser-known local talent.

Scott was an extremely knowledgeable and engaging guide. The tour featured many writers and poets not named Hemingway that have added significantly to America’s heritage.

I learned so much about Key West and the huge amount of authors that lived here and currently live here. The homes, the stories, the sidewalk poetry - there is so much! I enjoyed it very much!
