Amazing history and memorable once in a life time checked off:). Ro-Ro was an excellent driver and guide however I assumed this would be a complete guided tour but it went with no issue probably better to explore alone one thing we missed was the movie 30 min long? Misunderstood her as there is a little movie playing every 15 minutes as well

We thought we would be be picked up at our our hotel, but found out that there are only specific locations that they allowed to pick us up. The organizer changed the location to a closer location, but we still had to pay for an Uber to get to the closer location. The location was the next parking lot from the Pearl Harbor Entrance. :) I would suggest mentioning the specific locations allowed for hotel pickup. We also thought this was a guided tour (perhaps our mistake), but we were given some great instructions by our driver then sent off for the day. I would suggest more detail on "in-person briefing at visitor center" Even though it was close to our hotel, this was not a round trip "pick-up and drop-off" We had to Uber to our hotel when the day was over. The best part was the tickets were all handled for the USS Arizona memorial and USS Missouri entrance. If we did again, we would have paid normal tickets at the gates.

Good information, love the memorials, destroyer, etc. Communication issues a number of times on the trip. Multiple guests made to feel “at fault” for things. Issue wasn’t the location, it was the guide… Who doesn’t do anything except drive you to and from the location, tell you a few facts on the drive and then give you time limits on what you can do. Recommend going on your own, set your own time, experience everything…you don’t need this company. Get a Uber, buy the tickets, go at your pace, you’ll save money and be on your own time schedule. This was too rushed.
