Clark was our tour guide thru Philadelphia. He provided a very fun and educational tour based on Ben Franklin. The small items he added to the tour made it so much fun. He answered our questions intelligently and without hesitation. It was very warm and his path kept us in the shade where possible. I would recommend this tour with Clark.

First and foremost, Jay and Bernard are top of the line. Whatever they are being paid is not enough. I didn't want to hop off the bus because I was enjoying Jay's presentation so much. Great knowledge of the city and what a hilarious delivery. Bernard was super as well. You would do well to clone these two. Now the negative. We were there for two days and I don't think we ever had a wait of just 25 minutes. I understand that traffic can not always be anticipated but we had waits of fifty minutes or more. Really limited us on what we got to see.

Our tours do depart Stop 1 at regular intervals as noted, but unfortunately on some days unanticipated road closures and detours, excessive traffic, or police activity slow down the bus. We paid a whole lot for a whole lot of nothing. For reasons that were not disclosed to us, 3/4 of the stops were eliminated from our tour. I will be requesting a full refund for the 5 of us that were expecting to be able see Philadelphia, including my disabled husband. Needless to say, I won't be recommending the Big Bus tours to anyone. We certainly weren't expecting to have to pay to Uber to the sights. 154.00 wasted. Think twice.
