It was a rainy day, and space was limited. But one of the workers went out of her way to get us on a bus...upper level but covered...so that we could see the city. It was a great way to see the sites, but one day is not enough to be able to get on and off and see all that is available.

The tour lacked cultural diversity. Tour passed by Africa American monuments/museum/statue, however, those monuments nor any history of African Americans in Philadelphia were discussed. Inclussion is necessary.

My family and I were visiting Philadelphia for the first time and thought Big Bus would be a great way to get around the city and learn from the experts of Philadelphia. We ended up getting with Jay and Bernard twice throughout the day, and they were by far the best driver and tour guide of all that we had. Bernard was a great driver, that even made "special" spots and "paused" along the way. Jay did such a good job, as well! He was very informative, but very funny too! These two definitely made our experience visiting Philadelphia for the first time worthwhile!
