Me, my sister and nephew just spent a week in Philly and walked quite a few places but the hop on hop off bus tour was by far one of the best attractions we experienced! Our bus driver Darryl and tour guide Jay was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, so much so that we took the tour 2 different days and luckily got the same driver and guide. We learned a myriad of knowledge about Philly that we didn't know. We plan on many more trips back to Philly and will definitely be bringing more family and friends with us and will refer any other family and friends that plan a trip to Philly to use the Big Bus hop on hop off tour passes. Kudos to Darryl and Jay for being so wonderful and kudos to Big Bus tours for employing such wonderful people and providing this amazing city with such a great service!

This 27 stop tour is educational and entertaining in its own right, but it also provides opportunity to understand how visits to some of Philadelphia’s many tourist attractions might be prioritised to reflect personal preferences. Although, on occasion, he spoke too rapidly during his commentary, our guide was remarkably well informed and unfailingly courteous. The hop-on/hop-off concept also works well.
