PistachioLand was a very fun place and is worth the visit if you are nearby. Maverick was our guide for the tour, and he was very animated and knowledgeable about the farm. He let us taste a ripe pistachio from the tree and it was very reminiscent of a roasted chestnut. The staff was very friendly, the food, nut, and candied selections are varied, and everything has a wonderful taste. The only negatives I can really communicate is that they did not make their own ice cream, but it was from Blue Bell, still a wonderful choice, but I was under the impression they had their own handmade ice cream containing their own pistachios. The last negative was that the "fresh" cookies seemed old and dry to the point of breaking, which was not the worst part, but that because I broke it in half to measure its stiffness, had to then pay for the hard cookie. *The wrap and seal were not broken, but the stale cookie was broken. This is the better of the two pistachio farms.

Thank you for visiting! This is the perfect time to take our farm tour as the pistachios are on the trees and we are harvesting as we speak. We're happy to hear that our team made your experience fun and that you found our farm-made goodies enjoyable. Our ice cream parlor was an add on to our farm store when many people asked for ice cream. Up until this year, we have sold different brands, although we make our own waffle bowls, cookies, fudge and cones. NOW we are almost finished with the creation of our own pistachio ice cream recipe and the production equipment. We're very excited to start selling it, but need to get a few things finalized first. So many customers have asked us to make our own pistachio flavor and we listened! We will continue to sell the other Blue Bell brand in the other flavors but look forward to keeping up with the demand for ours. We hope you have a chance to come back to try it, and to try our newest chewy versus crunchy cookies.
