We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

I really enjoyed the roux class with Chef Mark. The space was well appointed and prepared. The class was both fun and informative. The dishes were so good. Can't wait to try these at home.

Such fun! Mark was excellent and made this event such a great time. He was patient with questions, explained everything, and shared great tips for making our amazing meal. Absolutely recommend for anyone wanting to learn to make a few creole recipes or just to have an authentic great meal!
