We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

Chef Preston was great. Very informative, a lot of Creole/Cajun history and cooking tips. The wine flowed, and the food we cooked was delicious!

Class was good, it was over in less than 2 1/2 hours, shorter than advertised, but that was ok. We didn’t like was the unprofessional dress of the chef. His pants were half down and we looked at his underwear the entire class, kind of ghetto in my opinion to do that. You should dress and act professional, then do whatever you want after work.

My boyfriend and I took this class and had a wonderful experience! Chef Preston was fun and insightful, and even shared some of the must-go spots in NOLA which was super awesome. We made three awesome dishes, our favorite being the shrimp étoufée. One of the things we loved the most was just the cooking/cutting techniques Chef Preston helped us with. We learned a couple recipes but also new kitchen skills to bring home! We also appreciated how hands on the class was. He helped set us up for success but each couple actually got to cook themselves, which made us feel like real cooks!
