We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

David was a fantastic instructor- funny and engaging. Learned some knife skills and cooking tips and great information about Cajun cooking. Small, intimate class and made some delicious food. Highly recommend
