We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

Mark was fantastic if you like cooking this is 100% worth it and the gumbo is great. Was one of the best things we did during our vacation in New Orleans.

We learned a lot about New Orleans culinary history, not just about making roux. Chris was lively and entertaining, like a typical New Orleanian. We didn’t do all that much actual cooking, but we had a great time anyway
