We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

1st time taking a cooking class and experience was wonderful! Learned Nola holy trinity for cooking and everything we made was delicious!!! Our instructor was great and picked up several general cooking tips! Highly recommend this interactive, enjoyable class!
