We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

We enjoyed the roux class very much. We wanted to spend time understanding the foundation of roux making. Chef Barry was great at explaining the importance of many steps in the recipes. It’s a true hands on class. We made and three recipes and were served hefty portions of all.

The chef managed a large group really well. We had a teen and another couple had several children but there was plenty to do so everyone remained engaged. They also accommodated my sons food allergies. I would highly recommend this experience it was great!
