We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

We had a great experience learning from Chef Joe about the history of creole/Cajun food. The staff was great about helping and giving advice through the meal prep. The best part was then eating the meal although it was more than we could eat.

Chef Mark’s background, expertise and personality created a master class experience by a master chef in what felt like his personal kitchen. The many tips shared were “priceless.” Breakfast before class at Cafe du Monde and a short walk across Jackson Square to “class” made for a great NoLa experience. Thanks!
