We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

This was just a GREAT time! Our chef, Scott, was so knowedgable and provided such a fantastic overview not only of the history of the food, but also of NOLA. We enjoyed preparing (and eating) the food we made with our friends and had such an absolutely delightful time. We did a lot of activities the 5 days we were in NOLA, but this one is at the top of the list to do if we come back!

My husband and I had the best day with Chef Scott! He was amazing and we loved every minute. We learned how to make gumbo, shrimp étouffée, and bananas foster. He was absolutely professional and We had so much fun learning how to cook these dishes. He even told me how to chop properly!
