We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

One of our favorite experiences in New Orleans! Not only did we learn to cook (and eat!) three delicious recipes, Chef Scott included the history of New Orleans, and how the ingredients tied in with different waves of settlers. He also gave us a bunch of terrific cooking and food tips - proper knife usage, how to easily cut and dice vegetables. His ongoing narration was a delight!

Adam was a wonderful instructor. He was able to teach in a way that engaged my 12 year old son. My son loved the class so much, he wants his own chef knife set.

We signed up for the roux class and had an amazing time with Chef Scott. Scott did a fantastic job making the experience educational, fun, and most importantly ensuring that the dishes we made were delicious. He was able to tailor his teaching to everyone's skill level, and the more intimate size of the class allowed us to really connect with Scott and the other group. We would highly recommend the class for anyone who enjoys food, cooking, or just wants to learn something to bring home from their trip.
