Overview

The Mardi Gras School of Cooking does small, intimate hands-on classes in the French Quarter. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends. Feel welcomed into our kitchens by the Chefs themselves. From the moment you arrive until you roll out the door our Chefs are friendly, personable and entertaining. Not to mention their culinary skills are impeccable.

Our minimum class size is 2 people. A solo traveler may join an already scheduled class. Call us to hear about the available classes.

For parties of 8 or more, you will have to contact us directly to book. We have questions.

Mark was amazing! He gave us easy step by step instructions, allowing us to create amazing dishes which we then sat down and enjoyed together ! This is a very hands on experience not to be missed. Everyone visiting New Orleans should do a cooking class here at least once!

Great experience and highly recommend. Got to make a variety of local foods and learn about New Orleans food history. Chef Liam was a great teacher.
