The whole cooking experience was amazing. The chef was very professional, personable and funny. We learned many things about cooking and NOLA history. I recommend this to anyone in NOLA. We will be back for a team building.

Mark was phenomenal! We learned a lot about not only the foods we made, but some pointers for places to go and things to eat in New Orleans. We had a great time and the food was delicious! Thanks for a fun time!
