We are the only Cooking School that does small intimate Hands On Classes in the French Quarter. Our class size ranges from 2 people to 10. Larger groups are welcome too. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends.

Enjoyed this experience! Would do again when visiting NOLA! Mark was fun and informative. We learned not to toss out shrimp or lobster shells. We will be making our own shrimp stock from now on. Mark showed us "tricks of the trade" in cooking delicious Cajun dishes using the simple to make stock. After cooking crab and corn bisque, Cajun shrimp and rice, along with a glass of wine , we enjoyed an over the top meal fit for Mardi Gras kings and queens.
