The car was over 50 mins late. We nearly missed our flight. Would not recommend a return trip. Use a taxi.

After 4 weeks of travel and this being the first leg of a 30 hour trip home, this was a comfortable way to travel. We were collected from our Midtown accommodation at the allocated time and JFK airport is an hours drive in plenty of time for our flights including US airport security.

We were met at the airport by the car co rep dressed nicely in a black suit holding a sign with my name on it. We picked up our luggage, she led us to our waiting car at the curb and off we went. So simple and such a comfortable clean car ( we booked a sedan for the two of us but were picked up in a Lincoln Navigator. Great driver. Will absolutely book this transfer again if in ny.
