The SUV was a newer Chevy and it was very clean. The driver opened our door for us and put the luggage in the back for us. He wasn't very talkative I guess because it was early in the morning. Overall I have no complaints with this departure!

We had such a good experience with our arrival transfer, we were very disappointed by the departure transfer. The driver was sick, unfriendly and not helpful. The worst part however was that his driving was worse than a taxi driver. He stopped suddenly, was weaving in traffic and drove way TOO FAST! We were very happy to arrive at the airport. Not a normal experience in a private car. Usually the drivers are top notch. This one was not.

Good service. The driver arrived early as it was raining and the traffic was very heavy so allowed extra time for the travel to JFK. The car was relatively new and clean and the driver friendly and this made for a relaxing trip. Cost is a little more than a taxi fare but tips, tolls etc all included and paid for before we left home so no need to worry about having sufficient money on the day.
