Was told when booking all my transfers that the cars that were booked would carry 4suitcases had trouble with all drivers except the drivers who drove suv vans it was becoming unpleasant .

There was an accident holding up traffic from the airport. Our driver called to let us know that she was delayed. We really appreciated that. Our experience with this service was terrific.
