  • International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

Called Carmel, as we were instructed to do at the time of booking and it was not long before we were sent a photo of our driver, his car and license plate. We soon located him and had a smooth ride into the city. We had paid everything up front and it was so was so easy. If you are coming from the UK as were where, make sure that you have a US data plan with your phone as you will need it to contact Carmel. We added them in WhatsApp and used that for the call. Another overseas visitor, who had booked them, was not able to phone and was left waiting for over an hour.

This firm has gone downhill and sadly we'll never use them again. 1. The pick up was late. 2 No meet and greet. 3. They picked us up for our anniversary in the wrong car. 4. We were not told about additional charges. 5. We were dropped at the wrong hotel. 6. When I complained they never replied I am 55 years old and this was a supposed to be a special anniversary - the most appalling start and they did not even have the courtesy to answer my complaint

Having booked a minivan transfer from JFK to New York we arrived and followed the instructions. Called the despatcher who said where to wait for pick up. I called back after 10 minutes to check what car to look out for and was told they were running a little late. Called again after 20 minutes to be told transport was on its way. This was followed by a text to tell me the transport was a few minutes away. Waited another 20 minutes and called again to be told no one was coming and would we all fit in a car. Obviously that was not suitable as that is why I booked a mini van. I confirmed with the despatcher that no transport was allocated or coming to us and was told no. All this at 2am in the morning. I understand we were delayed in arrival but so was averyone else as the airport had been closed due to bad weather. We ended up getting a taxi after over an hours wait for Carmel. I have emailed customer service on 1st August, got an automated reply and no contact with them since. I would advise booking with another company or just get a taxi.
