experience as a horror movie. we have booked and paid in advance and arrived in new york after 12 hours on a plane, nobody came to pick us up. we called 5 6 times but no one helped us. we were also with one of our children in an electric wheelchair. after two hours we were forced to take another vehicle to reach our hotel. afterwards we requested the reimbursement by e-mail for the service of which I have not received and in return they have sent us the receipt with even with the presumed time the name of the driver that we would have come to take. several times we wrote to ask for a refund but after 12 days nobody answered

Despite calling 5 times. Waited 1 1/2 hours. Never turned up and had to pay for a taxi. Now cant get hold of anyone to get a credit. Useless frustrating and rital ripoff

Terrible!! Do not book!! They do not arrive and do not call to tell you either. Stood in a carpark for 30 minutes waiting after they told us out prearranged car would be there. Then held on a call for 10 minutes before they said ā€œsorry we have not found you a driver yetā€. Rang Uber. They arrived in 5 minutes.

New York traffic sometimes presents problems with ground transportation that makes it difficult to get a car and driver to the airport on schedule.
