We were told we would have a 3:15 pm pick up at area K at La Guardia. WE didnā€™t get apick-up until after 4 pm after multiple calls to Carmel. Each call we had to explain the situation and give all the pertinent info again and again. I was told that they were trying to find a driver. Finally, I spoke with the dispatcher and the driver arrived. It took almost an hour waiting for the ride. The driver kept having problems with his GPS, but finally we arrived at our destination much later then expected. ( 1hour late) I have scheduled a ride back to the airport on Sat. I am concerned it will work out.

I was picked up at Kennedy, and everything was seamless. When I called to confirm my arrival, customer service hot me to exactly where I had to be. Mohammed was there within minutes, and the teip home wes perfect. I will fefinitely be using viator and asking for car 106 in the future! Thank you so much!

Disrespectful and rude driver, I didnā€™t know that the passenger has to pay for the tolls, I was hoping to have a nice experience but it was the opposite.
