We were not told the driver would be picking us up where other drivers and taxis were lined. Instead we were told via phone our driver was a block away waiting at a corner. I purchased the transfer as it’s insinuated we would be picked up at the hotel front as everyone else. Very confusing. They also charged me for the transfer we did not get.

The transfer worked great. We got into the port earlier then expected. Our driver was able to get to us 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Rates are very reasonable.

Trip was cancelled at pick up time 15:28 via phone by Carmel customer service, due to no cars. No Warming prior to schedule eventhough we called to confirm 30 minuts before. Not acceptabel for a reservation Paid and confirmed in advance. Nearly missed our plane to Denmark and put us in a critical situation.
