The driver was on time. We got to the Airport and he said we need to pay for the Toll which I did. I was going to give him a tip also he demanded 20 percent. I thought the tip was up to us. Very Disappointed in this. So I gave him $17.00 and then he got our luggage out. Never again!!!

Punctual, polite and helpful driver. big and comfortable car, holds 4 people with 4 large suitcases and plenty of space. The negative point is this American habit of not including taxes and fees in the final value of the closing of the package, on arrival you still need to develop the value of the toll for not being included and as there is no gate, it is up to the driver's honesty to charge. On the way from the airport to the hotel, the driver charged 30 dollars for pegagio, as he already included his tip, which is optional. on the way back from the hotel to the airport the driver was a little more honest and only charged 10 dollars with tips aside. American needs to work harder and stop this habit of asking for tips all the time.

Three items made me downgrade this trip from 4.5 stars. 1) We ordered a towncar and a sedan showed up. The car's trunk was too small for our 3 pieces of luggage (as specified in the requirements when ordering the vehicle), so the third piece was placed in the front seat reluctantly. We were not charged for that fortunately. 2) I checked the price of tolls through the midtown tunnel ($6.55) and we were charged $10. 3) We requested pickup at 1535 Broadway, W 45th St, across from Juniors. The car arrived at W 46th, so we had to walk around with all of our luggage and backpacks to him. I would still use the car service. Their customer service, dispatchers, and most drivers are excellent at Carmel. The driver was polite.
