Driver was there exactly on time. But you should have informed us more explicitly that the toll for the Holland Tunnel (15 $) was not included in your offer. That is why I was not amused to have to pay another 25$ on our arrival at Newark (15$ toll plus 10$ tip).

The driver arrived 25 min.early and then called twice to encourage us to leave early. He and the bellman put our luggage in the trunk and then closed the trunk before we were able to confirm that everything had been loaded. The driver seemed to rush us the entire time which I didn't appreciate.
