Great car service ez pick up and made the airport less stressful

The car came early at 1.35 pm when it was booked for 1.45 pm, and the driver was rude, mentioning that he will only wait for 5 minutes and leave without us,. He was also mentioning about the tip to be given. His handling our baggage was disappointing and his behaviour was wanting.
I will not like to take this kind of service if it is repeated again.
