We had to wait quite a while for our pickup. They did not appear to have everything under control. There were three other couples in our vehicle and we all had to wait for the driver to turn up. I have used this facility in Italy and it was very prompt and the driver was waiting for us, so it just depends. Overall, other than the wait the driver delivered us all very promptly and right to the door. I will use it again.

Driver took us to the wrong terminal, by the time we had gone trough security and got to the correct terminal, time was very tight.

They were there on time, actually 15 minutes before. I asked them for a pick up at 4 am. Great service and will use them again.
