The driver was on time at the right address and was courteous, but we had rented a Sedan he showed up in a older model mini van, when questioned about why not a Sedan, he said they were busy, which I found odd for 4a.m. Secondly his dress was not professional at all, he was dressed in a T shirt and what looked like sweat pants. Finally and most seriously, I think he was falling asleep at the wheel as he would start to drift into other lanes and then jerk the van back when we hit the rumble stripes between lanes.

Nice to be picked up by private car, but hidden cost of 30 US dollars for tolls was very unexpected so made it an expensive trip.
