Hotel departures require advance booking. The website to log details of your booking does not work. At NYC cabs have a flat $45 fee for transfers to JFK from NYC hotels. We ended up not being able to use this voucher, and just caught a regular cab for $45. Not recommended.

On schedule arrival for pickup. Very good driver in negotiating very heavy traffic en route to JFK. Felt very safe.
