The car was on time, however the car was not very clean inside, the Driver was rude, - swearing out of the window at other road users, using his mobile whilst driving, quite 'Horn Happy' - all items that according the 'Your Rights' list in the car he should not be doing, ..... would not use this service again

The driver was early so that was good, got to Newark in 45 mins but they do tell you to allow 1.5 hrs. There was some fairly eratic driving and slamming of brakes but Im not sure if thats just normal in New York!

This transfer was great. The driver was on time at 4am to pick me up and get me to my flight at JFK. Paul, our driver, picked us up in a nice town car and got us to the airport smoothly and quickly. Paul met us at our doorstep and carried our bags and opened the doors -- such great service!
