Fast reliable transport from airport to hotel. Phoned once I collect my luggage and car was there in around 5 mins. Excellent service.

Terrible as soon as we got in the taxi we were told about how much we were to tip him 20% well thats red rag to a bull in my case for starters he was 20min late he did no research about traffic as there was colunbus day parade on and it took 50 min to get out of the city, he drove like a mad man this is not an experience i would like again

It was hassle free phoning the company the day before we left NY, confirmed our booking and the car was there 10 minutes early. We did not have a particularily pleasant journey with our driver when we arrived in NY but am pleased to say our driver back to the airport was pleasant enough. We used the shuttle the last time we came to NY and yes it was but nicer having a car to ourselves and going straight too and from the airport. The price was good but you need to remeber the toll fee and expected 20% tip which adds and add'l 30 /33 dollars
