Car did not arrive when scheduled. Had to call to get car to arrive 30 minutes after scheduled departure.

Grab your bags first then call them. Have your reference number to hand. They will give you the car registration number and it will be outside in 5-7min. Great service.

Driver had no sign with name in window so leery who he was, spoke very little English, took about 1 hour 20min from airport to hotel down side streets then charged us a toll charge. Ride back to LGA few days later took 35 min by xway with Lyft and less than half the price.
