The driver never showed up and he didn’t answer my calls nor did he answer any of my text. I will not use VIATOR in New York again. Viator was not prompt in refunding my charges nor convincing they would make this right with me.

Driver texts you when they arrive and usually have name in window. Vehicle is decently clean. I used sedan option but windows are too small to take decent pictures out of. Driver does not talk much or make you feel like anything more than a fair
